Deliverance, the restaurant-quality home food service, approached 20|20 to create a new identity and conduct a complete overhaul of the brand. Their aim was to win new customers in London while at the same refreshing the offer for existing customers.

Following a series of workshops to determine the essence of the brand, 20|20 created a new logo and new menus reflecting Deliverance’s focus on restaurant quality food.

The new designs promoted the look and feel of Italian, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai and European food, taking their inspirations from traditional paintings and line drawings.

A completely original approach to food brand communications and packaging was taken, highlighting quality and the artistic value of great cooking.

The whole project went live in the early summer of 2005 and was an immediate success, with the three Deliverance London kitchens recording record levels of business in the first week.
