“How do you create a brand new pharmacy concept in a developing market?” This is the challenge Jeronimo Martins, owners of Na Zdrowie, appointed 20/20 to solve.
Our brief was to build a new brand and complete pharmacy concept from scratch, to bring care and love into the heart of the community and to create more than just a pharmacy – a ray of sunshine.
By considering the root of the brand as well as rational and emotional aspects, we developed a brand model and based a new concept around the results. The chosen imagery and colours, associated with health, security and family values, give Na Zdrowie credibility and encourage customers to trust them. The name ‘Na Zdrowie’ means ‘good health’ in Polish.
Na Zdrowie pharmacies have been successfully rolled out across Poland.
