Orange Pulse

Customers were stuck in an Orange Rut and were falling out of love with the brand. 20|20 were asked to design, develop and implement a new retail concept with a human face to “get their customers to like them again”. We called it ‘Pulse’.

The store is a constantly evolving space that celebrates technology and presents it on a human scale. It aims to engage, stimulate and inform customers, encouraging them to really understand and believe in Orange.

The Orange experience is a sensorial adventure which is laid out for the customer in three main areas: a recharge space for you and your phone, an information hub and a fun arena of discovery that allows you to explore the world of Orange.

The concept was successfully rolled out across the UK. 20|20 also designed the Orange Flagship store in the Bullring Centre, Birmingham, its best performing store to date.
