Bridgepoint-owned Pets at Home wanted to create a destination where pet lovers can really enjoy, learn about and buy everything they need for a happy, healthy member of the family while improving the already high performance of the Romford store.
Children play a big part in pet shopping trips so we brought animals down to their level to allow them to interact. Adults are encouraged to buy more by changing the store layout, landscaping and product placement and we created a friendly, trustworthy brand identity and tone of voice that gives customers confidence in Pets at Home.
The stores are performing brilliantly and the concept is being rolled out across the UK. We are currently working with them on some other exciting projects.
