Baby steps to a better brand
European retailer Prenatal specialise in clothes and products for mothers and babies. Disappointed in traffic sales generated by their website, Prenatal approached 20.20 for help. A thorough review of the site revealed the simple truth: a poor brand experience, unclear customer journeys and a lack of purchasing cues meant there was no compelling reason to shop or to move across multiple channels.
Using a detailed information architecture to help us understand the customer journey, 20.20 created an inspirational new web presence for Prenatal. The new site incorporated stunning photography and a distinctive illustrative route, guiding the customer through the various site areas and creating a shopping experience that was much simpler, more rewarding and completely on-brand.
Prenatal’s new website was a resounding success with our client and their customers. The site performed well across Europe; and the clear, consistent brand presence had a positive impact on their other retail channels.
