A new together
European mother-and-child retailer Prénatal approached 20.20 to help radically evolve their brand and create a more relevant, engaging shopping experience. Right from the start, our intention was to keep the promise of ‘New Mother and Child’ at the heart of the brand. The simple truth was: the brand needed to focus on core customer types, with the store and presentation style redefined to appeal to mothers in the 21st century.
Creating a new retail proposition and brand essence were central to our success. We developed the concept of ‘A New Together’. Our team designed a new logo and identity system, which included catalogue design, print advertising and retail communications. The concept also inspired a flexible new store design that is now an inspiring market with diverse category adjacencies and seasonal displays.
In just 9 months, 20.20 delivered Prénatal’s new brand identity, pilot stores and magazine style catalogue. Three months later, 20 new large format stores opened across Italy and Spain – these now account for 20% of group sales. The brand is relevant and appealing to today’s mothers and has seen a significant increase in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
