International fashion house Long Tall Sally approached 20.20 for strategic thinking and retail expertise to help them achieve their goal: to be first choice for tall women’s fashion worldwide. Unlike most fashion brands, Long Tall Sally’s customers have a very specific reason to shop: their height. Our research revealed the simple truth: that tall customers were seeking a sense of belonging - membership to a very special club where height is prized.

Inspired by this revelation, 20.20 developed a new concept that changed the whole shopping experience. The elegance, femininity and height of a town house were to bring the brand’s USP to life; a theme that rolled out across all of Long Tall Sally’s retail channels, to great success.

Today, the stores are stylish, chic and sociable, with collections displayed in a fashion-led way. Customers love the chic, feminine interior concept full of unique decorative touches, and feel confident building a look that works for them. Browsing time has increased, as have sales: further confirmation of our success. Our cost-effective store concept is now being rolled out across Long Tall Sally stores in Canada and the USA.
