Welcome to Nettle, where the British landscape inspires, and nature’s palette takes centre stage.
A rooftop restaurant in Covent Garden, Nettle celebrates the best ingredients from across the British Isles. At its heart is a theatre-style kitchen, where fire-led cooking brings skill, energy and a sense of occasion to the dining experience.
The food is an expression of adventure and flavour: nature’s bounty served with care, precision and respect.

The restaurant embraces the natural tones of the landscape, capturing and magnifying the light that nourishes the land.
Warm, welcoming and familiar, Nettle is designed as a place to settle in, connect and feel at home. A place for joy, conversation and memories to gather around food.
The interiors draw on honest, tactile materials. Warm terracotta-textured limewash sits alongside forest-green fabrics, turned timber and reclaimed tabletops. The bar is clad in rich green marble, while sculptural lighting takes its cues from the delicate form of seed pods.
Natural-surface wallpaper, made from real untreated botanicals including lemon verbena, St John’s wort, hops, vine leaves and lavender, brings the landscape indoors – echoing ingredients found in Will’s cooking and creating a subtle connection between kitchen, garden and dining room.
